✍️ Background: I worked with Kate to increase her open rate and generate revenue from her list. At the time we worked together, she had only 200 subscribers (it was actually less than 200 as some email addresses were dormant) but we were still able to pull in £45k.

😬 Challenges

She was sending regular emails but was getting low open rates because her emails were landing in the promo tab. With only 200 subscribers, it was quite challenging to get people to buy without burning her list.
